It is easily soluble in solvents such as ethylene glycol and toluene, and decomposes easily when exposed to moisture, making it an important inorganic catalytic material. Its core application is in the polyester industry as an efficient polycondensation catalyst, widely used in the production of polyethylene terephthalate (PET). Compared with traditional catalysts, it has higher activity, which can shorten polycondensation time, improve product quality, and is not easy to block production pipelines.
